Operation

• The contact is fed on a wheel from a vibrator
• The wheel presents the contact under a blanket
• The ink is deposed on the blanket by a inking station
• The blanket applies the ink on the contact
• The wheel places the marked part on a metallic conveyor belt
• The ink is pre-cured according to the specification by a infrared heater
• A second conveyor belt finishes the curing of the ink
• Up to 3 colors can be applied on the contact
