Brief Overview

 

  • The new OscilloWitt-3 is attuned to smaller batch production. With an output ranging from 200 kg/h to maximum 600 kg/h, it is tailor-made for small production batches and kilogram-size laboratory procedures. TheOscilloWitt-3 combines all of the advantages of oscillating and rotation milling of powders and granulates.


  • The OscilloWitt-3 can be used for powders with a particle size up to 5 cm. The OscilloWitt-3 shows it’s real strengths with particle sizes as small as 250 μm. The milling process can be optimised in either totating or wscillation mode.


  • Optimally engineered with pivotable front doors, the sieve, as well as the rotor is easy to remove, enabling quick cleaning of the milling chamber. A large selection of sieve types (round wire, rectangular wire), including rasping and perforated plates, is available for use, depending on the final result desired.

The OscilloWitt consists of a rotor, sieve, sieve tensioner or rigid screen support. The oscillating or rotating cyclical movement causes the passage of the product through the sieve. The functionality of the OscilloWitt and the applied use of the milling forces are particularly suited to the gentle milling of products that are heat-sensitive and difficult to process, and the production of narrow grain size spectrums tolerances without fine materials.

 

Milling forces

Comminutation in the OscilloWitt is achieved primarily by shearing and comminutation of the particles between the sieve and the oscillating or rotating rotor at a relatively low level of force.

The redevelopment of the OscilloWitt makes "Frewitting" even more successful. Both dry and wet products, as well as those that are heat-sensitive and difficult to process, can be reduced in size and dosed

The OscilloWitt consists of a rotor, sieve, sieve tensioner or rigid screen support.

  • Inlet funnel with a protective grill
  • Security check at the inlet funnel and doors (default) no external cable

  • Sieve tensioner for direct tensioning of the sieve (classic mode of operation)
