Rotary sifter TurboWitt C20
Brief Overview
- The disagglomeration and the homogenization of hard and soft products with the rotary sifter has proven to be a milling process delivering with excellent results. A high processing quality by the TurboWitt disagglomeration ensures à high particle fraction avoided and with the controlled sieving, undersized particles remain in the drum.
- This compact, maneuverable, multi-purpose mill TurboWitt can be used in processing plants, integrated as in-line or mobile, capable of achieving a flow rate up to 15'000 Kg/Hr.
- Any TurboWitt can by easy convertex within minutes into a conical sieve mill ConiWitt 150, 200,or 250.

Construction
Construction
Due to its modular construction, this sizing mill is ready to operate in no time.
- The sieve or rasping drum and the stator are easily installed or
removed without tools.
- Easy and quick cleaning (WIP)
- Tri-Clamps for attachment of the inlet and outlet funnels
- Continuously variable, manual (hydraulic) height adjustment
Process
Process
The TurboWitt milling process
Centrifugal force acts on the product, causing it to flow gently under the two fix-mounted stator arms, through the sieve openings. Milling in the TurboWitt is achieved primarily by the particles being held and comminutated between the drum surfaces and the stator.
In Contrast to systems with rotary milling tools, the TurboWitt foreign products are excluded from the milling process and easily removed during the controlled sieving process.
