This multi-purpose mill is suitable for a wide diversity of applications, throughout the pharmaceutical, food, or fine chemicals industries. The sieving and rasping machines of the SG line are especially suited for the sizing, de-agglomeration, and the homogenization of sticky, viscous products. The advantage of the special sizing process with the rotating sieve drum and the stator is that the centrifugal force of the product prevents the sieve opening from becoming plugged up. The size, shape, and distribution of the grains are determined by the type of sieve opening, the speed of the sieve drum, and the distance rotor/sieve. It’s flow rate ranges from ca. 1000 kg/h to 2000 kg/h.

The distinguishing features of this highly compact, manageable, multi-purpose mill are it's versatile and highly flexible usage options, as well as it's large, active, sieve surface.
