Operation

• The burrs are manually loaded into a palette
• A robotic arm with 3 numerically controlled axis picks the burr from the loading palette and places it into the marking station
• An inking station applies the color or the coating on the burr
• Up to 3 colors can be applied to the burr
• The robotic arm picks the burr from the inking station and places it back to the unloading palette
